These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and interactions with Dr Anton Lambers’ clinic. By engaging with us, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Appointments and Consultations
Patients must provide a valid referral from a GP or specialist to book an appointment. Appointment times are subject to availability, and patients are expected to arrive on time. One week’s notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling or cancellation fees may apply.
3. Fees and Payments
Payment for consultations is due on the day of the appointment
Payments for surgeries must be completed at least two weeks before the scheduled date
We accept payment via credit card or electronic funds transfer
Medicare rebates may apply to certain fees, and in most cases we can lodge this on your behalf
4. Use of Information
All medical and personal information provided by patients is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Patients must ensure that the information they provide is accurate and up to date.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dr Lambers and his team strive to provide the highest standard of care. However, outcomes of medical treatments cannot be guaranteed. Patients are advised to discuss any concerns or questions with the clinic before proceeding with treatment.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions as necessary. Any changes will be communicated via our website or during your next visit.
